over 350 lbs. Before working out with Claudia, I lacked consistency and motivation, and
I was experiencing a lot of pain daily. I had to make a choice to invest in my overall

Since then, I have been working out on a consistent basis. In working out, I have stayed
committed to seeing results. It has not been easy, but I am now seeing the things that I
